During various weeks this semester, you will read select readings related to the history of the middle class. You will also conduct your own reading on books, journal articles, and websites related to your research topic. While we will add some reviews and useful suggestions to our group Zotero library, we will also use this space to write in order to think. Blog posts can relate to the course readings, the writing or research process, or the sources you are relying on for your research. Blogging is informal; it is geared to a general audience and designed to simply get ideas out on the Web as a way to think through questions and ideas. Edit or delete your posts as needed … so let’s get started with writing!
